Arts and cultural institutions need audiences. A major challenge lies in how to attract them and build their loyalty. During the seminar you will learn to analyse this problem and receive the necessary tools to achieve the goal – drawing in the public with an authentic story of love and passion. Different international experiences will be analysed from the perspective of the Spanish company Etcétera and practical exercises will be carried out in groups.
